Shipping & Tracking

Does TA ship to East & West Malaysia?

Yes, we currently ship our products to East & West Malaysia for a flat shipping fee.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to a number of countries outside of Malaysia.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes, we will send you an email with your invoice and tracking number once your order has been shipped.

My order has exceeded the delivery time - what do I do?

If you haven't received your package after the promised deadline, it may be due to delays at our shipping partner or unusually busy times at our warehouse. Please contact us so we can ensure you receive your goods as soon as possible. contact.shopwithta@gmail.com

What is the delivery time?

We deliver within 1-3 business days after your order is placed in Malaysia and 3-4 days to the rest of the world.

Orders are packed in the order they are received. During specific promotions and festive seasons, extended delivery times may occur in rare cases.

Can I cancel or change my order?

All orders are final once they are submitted, if you have any questions do drop us a mail at contact.shopwithta@gmail.com and we will be in contact with you very soon!

There is an issue with the product - what do I do?

We have a very thorough quality control process and regularly test our products to ensure the highest possible standards. However, if you experience a fault or defect with an item, please contact our customer service at contact.shopwithta@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

In your email, we kindly ask you to include your order number, a description of the issue, and attach relevant photos so we can assess the situation as accurately as possible.

Please note that we can only process claims for items purchased directly through our official website.
