No Refunds & No Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if the purchased item does not fit. Please ensure you check the size and details carefully before placing an order.
Eligible Returns & Exchanges
Customers are eligible for an exchange or refund only in the following cases:
- If the item received is defective.
- If the item is wrong or missing from the order.
- If the item is out of stock on our end.
Q: What should I do if I receive a wrong or missing item?
Please email us at contact.shopwithta@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order and return the wrong item to us. If an item is missing from your order, we will send it to your address as soon as possible.
Please include:
- Order ID
- Description of your issue
- Proof (photo/video)
Q: What should I do if I receive a defective item?
Please return the defective item to us within 3 days, and we will send a new one to you (subject to availability). If the item is not available, we will provide options to either exchange it for another item of the same value or receive a refund.
Disclaimers:
- Items should be returned in their original selling condition, including original product packaging, price tags, and labels.
- We will dispatch the new parcel (if applicable) to your address within 7 business days upon confirmation.
- Our working hours are Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 12 PM, excluding Public Holidays. Emails sent outside these hours will be responded to on the next working day. Emails received after 12 PM on Saturday will also be addressed on the following working day. Rest assured, all inquiries will be answered promptly.
